Job Description Responsibilities include accounts receivable and accounts payable components which may include but are not limited to: timely and accurate payment of invoices, application of cash receipts, facilitating vendor set-ups, process improvements, analyzing data, handling customer inquiries.
Work Experience/ Skills Required
1+ year of accounts payable experience and/or general accounting experience Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as a team member Ability to meet standards and expectations Accurate and timely data entry skills Microsoft Office knowledge (emphasis: Excel, Access and Outlook)
Work Experience/ Skills Preferred 2+ years of accounts payable experience and/or general accounting experience
Education Required H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Education Preferred Accounting coursework from an accredited institution Associates degree
