Job Description CALIBRE is looking for a bright energetic Web Developer for its Army Working Capital Fund support team. You must be willing to learn and incorporate the functional aspects of logistics and finance to design and maintain an active and dynamic Army website that supports a key piece of the Army budget. Candidate will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining web pages and applications. Candidate must respond to quick requirements from government functionals and provide technical assistance to multiple users. You must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment where team work and individual development is encouraged. Applicant must be able to obtain a security clearance. Specific Qualifications: Candidate will be responsible for: - designing, enhancing and maintaining web pages and applications - import, export and manipulate large databases - provide technical assistance to web site administrators for two budget websites - responding to quick requirements from the customer (Army) - candidate should have 3-5 years web experience.
Candidate must be proficient using: - ASP, , , JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, MS Visual Studio,and Microsoft Office automation.
Desirables: Knowledge of Visual FoxPro and/or other relational databases a plus, but not required. Prior military experience is a plus. Desirable Certifications: Minimum Level of Education: (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
Computer science or related BA/BS degree from accredited college or university.
