Title: Senior Technology Risk Analyst Location: NH-Merrimack The Senior Technology Risk Analyst primarily focuses on supporting users' access and security needs, by providing minimum required access to computing systems and applications for investment professionals and technology support staff to fulfill their job functions.
The role will provide subject matter expertise in information security principles and design, critical thinking in security decision making, operating system controls, auditing and reporting, security administration for applications and operating systems, and automation of those skills. Additionally the role will include project management of security related goals working within the team and with external technology and business groups.
Primary Responsibilities * Proactively identify and implement solutions for process improvement and increased efficiencies * Assit with ongoing security projects * Handle requests for user's access and security needs * Interact with technology teams and business partners on security and access best practices * Ensure all processes are well documented and communicated * Work as part of an oncall 24x7 team (once every 6thweek)
Skills and Experience * Knowledge of security concepts and methodology * Experience in a business production environment * Experience and comfort in remotely supporting business and technology users * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience running small projects * Analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
Education and Knowledge * College Degree preferred * 3-5 years equivalent experience * Strong Knowledge of productivity computing software (e.g. Microsoft office) * Strong Knowledge of operation system security mechanics (Windows XP & 2003, Linux, Solaris, AIX)
