My client, a prominent CPA firm based in their Maryland, Bethesda office is currently seeking to bring on a Senior Tax Director for their Tax Services team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing:
Extensive knowledge of FAS 109 and FIN 48 Tax Accruals.
Undertaking extensive research and analyzing tax policies in respect of State and Federal tax issues.
Providing taxation advice to clients that will satisfy and strengthen their individual/business needs.
Review, monitor and analyze documentation of peers when required.
The capability to lead, mentor and develop your team.
Strategy development and implementation.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you MUST have 10 years + experience.
In addition, you must also possess the following:
Four year degree in Accounting.
10 years + prior work experience in a Public Accounting Firm.
Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong MS Excel Skills
Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
