Senior Tax Accountant
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Participate in the preparation and review of domestic and international deferred income tax accounting. * Review international and domestic compliance for all tax types including the following: income, VAT, sales, use and property. * Review international and domestic tax account reconciliations. * Prepare tax true-up reconciliations and estimated tax payments * Function as an internal subject matter expert to various technical issues such as Subpart F, Foreign tax credits, foreign dividends, income apportionment, permanent establishment, nexus, business tax incentives, etc. * Prepare Transfer Price documentation, compliance and adjustments. * Lead and coordinate various international and domestic tax planning initiatives. * Prepare and maintain subsidiary basis calculations, E&P calculations. * Establish and maintain intercompany agreements, including debt, management, distribution and manufacturing agreements.* Prepare and review international tax reconciliations, calculations and deferred tax accounting. * Monitor and ensure tax compliance. * Lead and coordinate tax planning initiatives. * Provide tax support to assigned lines of business and functions.
Education:* Bachelors Degree required. * CPA preferred Experience:* 3+ years accounting experience with exposure to Corporate, domestic and international income tax issues and income tax filings. Required Skills and Abilities:* Strong computer skills * Analytical ability * Ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals
