Role: TD AMERITRADE requires a SharePoint Administrator/Developer with experience in creating and managing a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server environment. The SharePoint Administrator/Developer will work closely with multiple groups such as Infrastructure, QA, Corporate Communications, and various internal groups as the SharePoint environment expands. Experience: Responsibilities:
* Participate in the design and delivery of Enterprise Content Management
* Systems, Intranets, and Portals using SharePoint 2007
* Participate in multiple system integration and migration projects
* Candidate will also be expected to assist in developing the strategy for optimal use of SharePoint and other collaborative tools within the organization
* Perform typical administrative activities such as backup, restore, site creation, and user issue resolution
* Disaster recovery and planning, Change control and configuration management, Fault management and trouble management
* Planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation of SharePoint Server 2007 solutions
* Use SharePoint Designer. Implement master pages, views, templates and other custom components
* Develop custom web parts for SharePoint using Visual Studio for development
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience working with SharePoint
* Expert level knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007
* Strong competency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Forms Server and Excel Services
* Knowledge and experience working with SharePoint Index/Search Services.
* Working knowledge of .NET development tools
* Working knowledge of MS Project Server 2007 is a plus
* Highly motivated individual possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong team collaboration skills
