Senior Product Line Manager - Women's Training Foo (Sports Management/Finance/Admin)

As our Senior Product Line Manager for Women's Training Footwear, you'll oversee and provide expertise on the product creation process. You'll analyze product, consumer and competitive trends by researching and actively participating in studies and interacting with the category's target market. You'll manage integration between product groups and cross-categorical teams. You'll work with appropriate category counterparts to create and communicate vision for the line plan. You'll develop action plans for regional gaps and manage the add/drop process. You'll manage the entry and accuracy of style information in the data management system. You'll plan the appropriate style/sku levels to optimize productivity, margin, and revenue. You'll oversee or create presentations to sell in the product throughout the product process. In addition, you'll serve as a category spokesperson and consumer expert.


Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Merchandising or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a product-related role
  • 2 years' additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Previous footwear experience preferred
  • Work experience in global category preferred
  • High-level understanding of the product creation process and retail buying and/or sales
  • Proven merchandising expertise
  • Strong business orientation
  • Demonstrated financial line planning skills
  • Knowledge and passion around the women's training consumer- her training, her performance needs, her style, her life
  • Familiarity with the digital world of the women's training consumer
  • Clear understanding of the significance of pricing and its impact on profitability
  • Strategic knowledge of product creation process, supply chain, and distribution channels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and inspire a team of people to a common goal
  • Ability to share expertise and mentor others
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time globally
