Senior Product Finance Analyst
The Senior Product Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing the program profitability for the FIAT 500 programs. Perform financial reporting, cost and margin analysis, profit forecasting, and vehicle and Powertrain cost analysis for the programs. Coordinate and prepare financial business cases for program renewals and updates, program variants, product actions, and foreign market applications. Act as the Finance business partner with Program Management, Product Planning, Brand, Purchasing, Engineering and Business Development to help manage program profitability. Interface with Vehicle Cost Engineers to accurately maintain cost and investment status for the identified programs. Develop and present financial presentations for Senior Management.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree inFinance or Accounting (Technical Degree considered if candidate has an MBA)
• Minimum of two (2) years of finance experience (Internships considered) in one or more of the following areas:product development, manufacturing, budgeting and forecasting, automotive supplier activity
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications: • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work well with international and cross-functional teams
• Prior experience developing financial presentations for Senior Management review
• Analytic mindset with great attention to details
• High level of enthusiasm, innovation and dedication with the ability to prioritize assignments
• Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change
• Good presentation skills
• Financial experience in the automotive industry
