Senior Manager - Mobility Strategy PMO
Join Deloitte's U.S. Office of Global Deployment (OGD) Team as a Senior Manager and work with the OGD leaders to oversee the Americas mobility strategy execution and processes for the deployment of professionals among Americas member firms. Research changes to processes and policies to ensure a 'best in class' process for deployments. Create reports and presentations for Americas' leadership. Person will report to Director in the Office of Global Deployment.
Multiple responsibilities including but not limited to: · Identify, analyze, research and recommend modifications to business processes, policies, and systems · Identify process and policy changes necessary to improve service to expatriates · Develop, review and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual reports to OGD and Americas leadership · Develop and execution new Americas mobility programs · Advise Americas leadership, Americas Global Mobility contacts and Americas Mobility Region Committee on assignment structure, funding and policy interpretation · Monitor and track expatriates deployments and costs associated with deployments that are receiving Americas funding · Create, review and communicate mobility assignment budgets including the preparation funding memos and other related paperwork · Approves Americas funding requests with consultation from ARMI Leader or designee · Oversee the eRoom, web pages, and other internal communication for the Americas mobility activities · Create and review presentations and communications for Managing Partner and Director · Work closely with USGO, Finance, Talent, Global Mobility Advisors and other support teams within the U.S. and Americas Member Firms to gather and document information related to assignment costs, processes, and needs · Develop and oversee the ARMI fiscal budget · Design and execute the 'tactical' processes required for the Americas mobility processes and monitor the effectiveness · Support OGD U.S. activities as necessary
Critical Success Factors: · Focus on results and details · Ability to document processes using Microsoft Office Suite and related software · Ability to summarize information received from others into reports, presentations, or policy · Ability to work independently and with a team
Qualifications · Strong analytical , research, and project management skills · Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge of Visio, Erooms, Infopath and ERP systems helpful · Understanding of mobility processes preferred
Education · A college undergraduate degree in business, or related area required · 7+ years of experience in professional services or similar environment · Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or HR representative helpful · Conversational Spanish helpful
