The Senior Manager - Financial Applications will be a key member of this team reporting directly to the Director of Corporate FP&A. This position will be an integral partner to the Corporate Accounting & Finance Team as well as the FP&A Teams within the business units.
Specific Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategy to fully leverage SAP's BPC platform for financial planning, forecasting, & analysis. Responsibilities will entail systems integration & creating a seamless budgeting/forecasting process via intuitive, user-friendly submission templates that promote wide-spread user adoption across our company.
Uses of BPC include:
Financial Forecasting and Budgeting
Headcount Planning
Sales Forecasting
Budget/Plan to Actuals Analysis
Capital Expense Planning
Long-term/Strategic Planning
Legal Consolidations
Factory Allocation Planning
Customer Profitability Analysis
Qualifications:
BA/BS required. MBA strongly preferred.
3 years of experience implementing and maintaining the BPC Netweaver version
5 years total experience with BPC or the Outlook Soft product
2-3 years of progressive experience in Finance or Business Analysis.
Experience developing info providers and process chains in SAP Business Warehouse (BW)
Experience with the SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC), specifically the Finance & Controlling (FI-CO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules
Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to speak to audiences at various levels (e.g. analysts to executives)
