Senior Financial Analyst
Senior Financial Analyst The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with Finance and Manufacturing management and other key leadership in the organization. They will be responsible for performing analysis used to develop strategy, monitor the businesses and drive operational decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, the position provides excellent visibility and exposure to senior management and business leadership.
Responsibilities:
Drive budgets, forecasts, long-range planning process and special requests for analysis for corporate manufacturing organization
Develop and maintain capital equipment budget and forecast based on capacity requirements analysis derived for sales forecast
Prepare capital expense spending plan and support development of corporate cash flow forecast
Develop forward costing models for long range planning
Assist in developing and continually streamlining financial planning processes throughout the company
Process large amounts of planning data from the organization, and produce meaningful information
Assist in financial modeling exercises
Assist in ad-hoc financial analyses and various presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA desirable
FP&A Experience of 7-10 years
Manufacturing accounting experience required
Excellent communications skills (both written and oral)
Exceptional customer service skills with internal customers
Mid - large size public company experience ($200M+ in annual revenues)
Strong analytical skills required
Experience with enterprise performance management systems (COGNOS, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.) a plus
Ability to prepare and analyze detailed expense budgets
