Senior Financial Analyst- Manufacturing Experience Preferred

We are currently performing an exclusive search for a Senior Financial Analyst with a nationally recognized global manufacturing company based in Tampa Bay which is a leader in its industry.  The position is newly created due to growth, has phenomenal visibility and growth potential, excellent work/life balance and offers outstanding benefits.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Develop profitability models using Activity Based Costing (ABC) analyses for new and existing revenue streams.


• Collaborate with and provide financial support to the Senior Management team on a daily basis.

• Coordinate and analyze budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting for the assigned department's financial operations.


• Prepare comprehensive analysis to assess actual performance against budget


• Review operating budgets periodically in order to analyze trends affecting budget needs


• Identify and implement business process improvement initiatives


• Participate in presentations to the senior leadership team


• Provide recommendations based on findings and analysis


• Provides input on policies and procedures to streamline processes


• Perform special projects as assigned

• Requires 4+ years related FP&A experience in a large corporate setting 


• MBA and/or CPA preferred


• Manufacturing experience preferred


• Be able to work in a challenging and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, accountability and professional development. 


• Must possess exceptional interpersonal, supervisory, analytical and communication skills.
