As our Senior Financial Analyst supporting the Direct To Consumer (DTC) business in the Emerging Markets, you'll be responsible for providing financial leadership and counsel to the DTC organization that includes the review and active interpretation of sales, margin, EBIT and Key Performance Indicators. You will also lead the design and development of analytics to drive improved business decisions, increased profitability and operational excellence. You will continue to evolve margin reporting and analysis with a focus on optimizing geography profitability. In addition to this, you will play an active role in developing the Emerging Markets DTC growth strategies.
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting MBA or CPA is preferred An advanced degree or accounting certification may be acceptable in lieu of 2 years of experience In-depth work experience in retail finance SAP/BW experience is preferred Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work well with limited direction, in addition to functioning well in a team setting Strong knowledge of investment analysis and strategic planning concepts Strong communication and presentation skills
