Senior Financial Analyst
SR Financial Analyst
Responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial consultation regarding financial matters.
Assists in the direction of work performed other team members and provides direct technical leadership of Financial Analysts
Report on financial status throughout the year, explaining variances and creating opportunities to meet the organizations objectives.
Develops financial models to be used for budgets, pricing, new site openings, productivity and financial analyses.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
· Fluent in verbal and written English.
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
· Strong organizational skills. Need to be able to prioritize in a fast paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
· Must be detail-oriented.
· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning and execution.
· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
· Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Ability to memorize a great deal of financial/mathematical related numbers and data.
· Ability to apply solid reasoning and common sense to everyday problems and situations requiring financial analysis.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Requires a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Accounting/Finance from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
· Minimum of four (4) years of experience, managerial accounting and or related experience is preferred
