Senior Financial Analyst
Armstrong is seeking an individual to fill a Senior Operations Analyst Position at the Butler Corporate Office location. The position will be responsible for supporting the Operations department business analysis requirements for Armstrong Utilities which operates 11 cable systems in four states delivering video, internet and telephony service to more than 250,000 customers and Guardian Protection Services which provides residential security monitoring services to approximately 250,000 customers and the installation of new security monitoring in 12 markets throughout the United States.
The candidate will be a highly motivated professional with an ability to facilitate meetings and presentations to internal customers and senior leadership. The candidate will be expected to:
Measure and assess the effectiveness of the Operations department processes and procedures
Ensure quality processes and programs are being utilized and are effective by developing performance measurements and communicating performance relative to standards
Ensure optimal employee efficiency by monitoring work performance, delivering reports and statistics and developing recommendations for improvement
Provide and conduct trend analysis to support technical business operations
Mines and evaluates data, develops reports and presentations in support of departmental goals
Reviews and analyzes data, metrics and financial results to assess best practices and effectiveness of processes and procedures and makes recommendations for improvement
This position will be a part of corporate finance department and report to the EVP – Finance & Accounting.

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
