Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager will have the following responsibilities: * Manage work/output of the financial planning and analysis group, supervising 3 staff. * Liaise with businesses and functions (tax, treasury, sales, purchasing, Financial Reporting etc.) in the performance of the department's work. * Provide financial reports, forecasts and analyses to management to assist effective commercial management of the business - month end reports, mid month forecasts, variance analyses, headcount analyses, run rate profit and loss analyses, pricing/cost reduction/commodity inflation data and forecasts. * Provide financial models for refinancing etc and to support M&A work. * Manage the Operating and Strategic planning lifications: * At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial environment* Prefer prior experience as plant/business controller* Understanding of commercial issues within a multi-national and manufacturing environment* Strong financial analysis skills* Commercial focus with ability to influence decisions and actions* Understanding of business valuation/modeling* Task oriented* Ability to produce quality, innovative yet concise documents and presentations* Possesses initiative and quick to learn* Must have executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills* Team player and staff motivator/developer* CPA preferred Education: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, or accounting required, MBA preferred Additional Information:* CPA is preferred * Mobility is preferred
