We are currently seeking a Senior Federal Pricing Analyst to join us in our Washington, D.C. office. Responsibilities: . Develop pricing for business proposals (Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and other), contract modifications, fiscal year funding requests, contract extensions, and task orders . Provide pricing support for various phases of the proposal process - proposal development through negotiations . Accountable for compliance to Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Truth in Negotiations Act and the Service Contract Act, Cost Accounting Standards, and corporate policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, submission and negotiations . Assist in planning and scheduling proposal efforts while compiling cost, schedule, and assumptions in the development of proposals in accordance with solicitation specifications . Research and analyze historical data . Assist in preparation of direct labor average bid rates for use on price proposals . Prepare draft response to data requests from Defense Contract Audit Agency and internal and external auditors and participate as a member of the contract negotiating team . Interact with management and supervise and review work performed by junior staff members . Coordinate with the Contracts and Legal teams Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an accredited college/university . Six years of professional experience with three years pricing or related field experience in a federal contracting environment . Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel and Word . Experience constructing complex pricing models and competitive pricing analysis in Excel and other pricing tools . Understanding of the current regulatory environment relative to the submission of proposals to the U.S. Government: Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, Truth in Negotiations Act, Cost Accounting Standards, etc. . Familiar with U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) pricing schedules and Cost Accounting Standards compliance requirements . Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and interface with senior management
