Senior Distribution Clerk (Sports Management/Finance/Admin)
The Senior Distribution Clerk will be responsible for daily pick-up and delivery of incoming, outgoing and inter-office mail among the all our Buildings and floors. In addition, will sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages utilizing computerized tracking systems.
Responsibilities
Supervises the Distribution Clerk Stocks copy paper Sorts & delivers mail
Operates x-ray equipment without supervision Operates the WITTS equipment without supervision
Keys operator for copiers
Maintains/controls all our stationary inventory and shipping supplies at all mail slot stations
Lead operator for specialized shipping/packaging (Fed Ex/UPS)
Assist supervisor with completion of moves within the facilities
Assist supervisor with casual buyer functions including entering PO's, goods/services receipts, and invoice payments as required.
Schedules deliveries with AEG Dock Master and assist with production related incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain and work with vendor on all panty items which includes coffee machines and water filtration system.
Organize areas for town hall meetings, as well as in-house food delivery & set up
Assist HR department with Toys for Tots & food drive programs
Assist Safety & Sustainability with Earth Day program Assist Facility
Engineers as need and able to work with basic tools to assemble materials.
Employees in this position are required to pass proficiency tests on the following equipment: X-ray equipment operations and procedures - quarterly Man Lift, Fork Lift and Pallet Jack operation
Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of distribution services experience
Strong Knowledge and understanding of PC equipment usage and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of our mail processing procedures and equipment operation.
