Senior Credit Underwriter - Healthcare
Title: Senior Credit Underwriter - Healthcare Location: Tennessee-Nashville Other Locations: This is the highest level senior underwriter in Healthcare Lending. Responsibilities include assisting the efforts of Relationship Manager and Credit Process Manager by providing support resources necessary to analyze the credit worthiness and profitability of relationships generated by the Relationship Managers efforts. Perform credit servicing on portfolio. Provide immediate and ongoing credit support to the Relationship Manager. Assist in preparing in-depth, front-end analysis on credits, which includes gathering all necessary financial information, discussing credit request and financial information with customer in conjunction with underwriting, initial preparation of credit approval documents for RM review, and guiding the credit request through the appropriate process. Provide front-line portfolio maintenance including, but not limited to, preparation of annual credit reviews, past due collection, loan documentation, supervision of exception clearing, monitoring of monthly reporting and loan covenant compliance. Involvement in complex problem resolution. Assist with other regulatory compliance reporting. Perform other management tasks specific to a given relationship and other general activities at the direction of the Relationship Manager.
Bachelors degree and 9 years of commercial banking experience. A high school diploma or GED and 10 years of commercial banking experience will also qualify.
