Summary:This position helps to (i) implement Clarity Consolidation Software, (ii) execute consolidations and create reports utilizing Clarity Consolidation Software, (iii) document processes and procedures related to consolidation, SOX controls and processes and assist in other areas including, monthly accounting close, and special projects as tasked.
This individual should be skilled in both Accounting and in working with Systems.
Essential Functions: * Primary person responsible for maintaining the consolidating general ledger including inter-company eliminations and properly accounting for foreign currency transactions, translation and remeasurement. * Prepare consolidation and elimination entries to generate accurate consolidated financial statements. * Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports in both Clarity and Excel such as internal management reports, trend and variance analysis, etc. * Aiding in the coordination and preparation of schedules and analysis for quarterly reviews and the annual audit with external auditors and the preparation of audited financial statements. * Coordinate with the operating companies to gather information for various financial analysis and reporting compliance. * Coordinating and assembling proper documentation for SOX controls related to Consolidation controls, Corporate ledger controls and divisional accounting controls. * Assist with SEC and FASB research and analysis as necessary to keep the Company compliant with applicable regulations. * Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Experience: Six plus years of related experience in general accounting and/or public accounting, including experience in documenting and evaluating control environment and processes in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley.
Training & Certification: CPA or CPA track is strongly preferred.
