Role:
Within the framework of your position, interface with the Cost Control Department and Project Management, you are in charge of the administration and contract relationship management with subcontractors for all building trades of the project:
- Issuance of detailed progress reports (advance payments, update, review) : Quantity Survey with the management of your team of field service technicians working with the construction teams. - Complaints : Management of correspondences, studying and preparing “claim” files, customer & service provider : delays, insufficiency of means and/or results… - Conducting/Participating to the “customer and provider” meetings. - Steering amendments : service orders, amendments, additional works…
Requirements:
Key Skills and Experience :
Degree qualified (higher education), you have a convincing experience in Contract Administration and/or Quantity Survey (Post-Contract) or Cost Control, ideally acquired in the field of construction and civil engineering; experiences in the field of Water & Energy are also valuable. Ability to deal with team cross-cultural management and with English-speaking customers and service providers. Please note that, proficiency in French is desirable.
Beyond initial education, emphasis is given to the professional career and the personality. You demonstrate a strong professionalism and you are comfortable with the analysis and the synthesis of the files you are responsible for. Your interpersonal intelligence is allowing you to be the interface from diverse universes – particularly the customer’s – and to gain the confidence of your partners.
Leadership qualities are also required to lead your teams. Finally, a previous international experience will be a genuine advantage.
