TeleTech is looking for a skilled Senior Analyst of International Tax to join our team and focus on our expanding International business practices in Latin America, Asia Pac and Middle East. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Tax, our Senior Analyst of Global Tax will be responsible for the preparation and review of US and foreign country tax estimates, calculations, tax returns in addition to managing oversees tax audits. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the income tax provision, schedules supporting financial statement disclosure and assuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley processes.
Our Senior Analyst of International Tax Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for preparation and review of quarterly ASC 740 provision calculations, Federal and State income tax returns , quarterly estimated payments and extensions for companies across multiple jurisdictions as assigned
Prepare and review the international and foreign tax calculations required for the completion of the US Returns; including expense apportionment, 5471's, 8858's, the 1118 and earnings and profits calculations
Responsible for coordination with outside service providers for compliance on legal entities as assigned
Analysis of balance sheet tax accounts and monthly reconciliations for individual companies including any necessary accruals and/or adjusting entries
Research tax return filing position and prepare memos and other documentation related to individual companies
Maintain an international tax compliance calendar/dash board and follow up to ensure local country tax filings are completed
Prepare and Review VAT and GST Filings
Manage statutory and income tax audits for assigned companies
Respond to notices received from taxing jurisdictions
