Description Senior Analyst - Missile Warning andIntegrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment Architectures Omaha, NE SENIOR ANALYST Descripton: MTSI is seeking a senior analyst to provide technical expertise and support for Theater Missile Warning (TMW), Shared Early Warning (SEW), and Theater Event System (TES) issues, architecture support, and studies to include the development and coordination of policy and guidance for numerous Concepts of Operations and instructions, including Combined Early Warning (CEW). This position may also include support to document, develop, align, maintain, and analyze an integrated, end-to-end Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) Mission Architecture to serve as an analytical reference for operations personnel and command advocates at USSTRATCOM. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Provide support for developing, documenting, defining, updating, maintaining and analyzing current & future Missile Warning and ITW/AA Mission Architectures. This includes performing technical analysis, review, and comment on selected architectures, programs and documents to determine accuracy, applicability, and ensure conformance with the commands' architectural direction and mission. Provide support for missile warning concept of operations (CONOPS) development as well as missile warning operations support. Identify, analyze, research and recommend solutions for integration and interoperability shortfalls. Review USSTRATCOM, NORAD, and other mission-related documents to ensure DoD and Joint-directed interoperability and architectural policy are adequately addressed. Work with components and other organizations to investigate specific missile event anomalies and resolve missile warning performance issues. Assist the Functional Managers in understanding operational performance shortfalls and advise in the development of solutions to those shortfalls. Required Skills · 10-15 years of operational and mission area experience · Demonstrated knowledge of the missile warning mission · Full understanding and knowledge of missile warning and ITW/AA architectures · Recent experience on a service or joint staff; demonstrated knowledge of headquarters staffing, mission execution, and reporting procedures · The ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and to present arguments in a clear and logical manner. · Demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, technical writing, preparation of high-quality, technical documents for presentation and distribution Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical area is required. Masters degree is desired. Clearance Requirements: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
