This role is responsible for developing, producing and monitoring productivity reports, on-going client reporting and trending, as well as other reporting on a routine and adhoc basis using query building and report writing software. Team Player will be responsible for collaborating on report requirements with the business unit, documenting specifications and procedures for producing the report, and working closely with the end user to ensure that the reporting solution meets their needs.
Assist business in identifying opportunities to improve processes by defining/prototyping automated solutions. Develop and maintain technical solutions designed MS Access, MS Excel, and Hyperion to support Wholesale Correspondent Lending. This will entail understanding the business needs of the end users and developing user friendly tools to support those needs.
Develop a thorough understanding of the functional areas, business processes, as well as application functionality.
Work with WCL to facilitate understanding/deriving their reporting needs. This would entail meeting with the report recipients, understanding the need for their request (criticality/complexity), defining the most viable solution and translating into a technical format for querying PHH core systems. Reports will be mainly developed in Hyperion and MS Access. The senior analyst will need to be able to manage a queue of requests with respect to criticality, audience, complexity, and function in order to deliver a quality solution to the end user(s).

Lead departmental or cross-functional projects. Facilitate meetings and create/maintain project plans
Look to improve and enhance processes within BTS and supported departments. The senior analyst would continually look to enhance the current processes through streamlining and out of the box thinking.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience and 2-4 years related work experience required. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Hyperion and /or Brio/SQL query language. Applied knowledge in query building, logical statement modeling, and relational database design,and development/maintenance of MS Access databases. Must work well with others and possess excellent communication, analytical, organizational and time management skills. Must be self-motivated. Meeting facilitation skills preferred.
