Our client, a large financial institution on the North West side of San Antonio, is looking for Senior Level is preferred. This person will be responsible for mutual fund accounting and also reviewing financial statements. Duties will include reviewing Mutual Fund Annual and Semi-Annual statements as well as Quarterly statements. This person should be seasoned enough to have the judgment to realize when a disclosure is missing and when something just doesnt look right. Also, someone who is familiar with disclosures and can provide judgment from their experience in dealing with financials for mutual funds. The candidates should have experience with mutual fund financial statements the statements for the fund, not the individual with investment in the funds. Experience with Fund Suite would be a plus. Daily/weekly journal entries are not part of this job role. This is a contract position. Category: Accounting
