Specific Requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): . Must have a 4 year college degree in Accounting, Finance or Business . Heavily prefer multi-family real estate/property management business . Must have multi-entity accounting, full cycle accounting . Does not need a CPA, but is preferred .
