Weber Shandwick, the world's leading communication agency, is seeking aSenior Account Executive or Account Managerfor its growing
healthcare practice in Geneva.
We are looking for a confident account handler with 2-4 years consultancy experience specifically in pharmaceutical, nutrition and biotech product PR.
This is a new position and key to the development of our specialist healthcare practice which is in a phase of rapid expansion.
Our ideal candidate:
· is a competent PR practitioner with experience in delivering successful programs within the relevant regulatory and therapeutic framework
· is already working with clinical key opinion leaders, patient groups and medical trade media - Swiss and international PR experience is a
distinct advantage
· is confident in handling client relationships on a day to day basis
· is looking to make the step-up from a national to a global position
· can make an overall contribution to Weber Shandwick's global health care practice
· has the capacity to grow as a professional and team member, is seeking promotion and added responsibility in the near future
· has excellent verbal and written English language skills, and is ideally fluent in French and/or German - other European languages a further
advantage
· is a Swiss National or holds an EU passport to enable work in Switzerland (international relocation is not offered)
The candidate will be supporting leading, international clients based in Switzerland with a focus on pan-European and global programs run from our
Geneva office.
As the healthcare practice develops, so will the opportunities for an effective account excecutive/manager looking to take their career into the
international league within a leading, global PR firm.
Internationally, our account executive/manager will be part of the extensive Weber Shandwick health care practice which serves many of the world's
leading pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies, as well as international healthcare organizations and associations.
Based in Geneva, the candidate would be part of a small, multi-lingual team with both a Swiss and international flavour.
