In an effort to immediately improve controls and compliance with our client's policies, Alorica is creating and implementing a new manager position dedicated to security/compliance. This person will be responsible for:
* Managing corporate physical security policies and performing business processes and operational analysis. * Manages all security and compliance functions for our client's Audits. Key Job Responsibilities
* Perform quality assurance inspections, audits and assessments * Review organization structure, policies and procedures while analyzing potential weaknesses * Prepare and submit periodic status reports to senior management * Review and audit security needs and assessments for respective sites * Identify operational performance and training issues/concerns * Investigate all allegations of illicit activity impacting Alorica, clients or the clients customers * Liaison with client security peers to ensure minimal impact to client relationship during investigations * Manage vulnerability and threat assessmentsOther Related Duties * Projects and duties assignedWe at Alorica are proud to be part of a company which does great work while providing an enjoyable and supportive environment.

Minimum Education and Experience:
* Bachelor degree from an accredited university * Security industry accreditation preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Experience conducting security needs assessments * Ability to follow direction with specific attention to detail * Proficient with business and management techniques/practices * Good communicator and troubleshooter * Ability to interact with all levels of management * Excellent organizational skills and follow through * Strong computer skills / MS Word, MS Excel, among others * Aptitude in logical and analytical thinking, as well as problem solving skills * Understanding of the company's business * Experience in juggling multiple priorities and able to multi-task to accomplish various duties * Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff
