POSITION PROFILE
This role will maintain systems and procedures to protect various applications and internal systems from unauthorized users; perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional, inadvertent access or destruction. Administer system access to all associates / non-associates in all the unique systems, applications, and platforms and analyze them towards more efficiently processing requests.
* Processing day-to-day account provisioning requests within established SLA. Some of the technologies supported are: Novell, Windows, Imaging, Mainframe, UNIX, RSA, Sun IDM, and PeopleSoft.
* Ensure customer excellence is consistently demonstrated
* Rotate on-call responsibilities among other team members and provide break/fix response for critical outage situations
* Consult as needed to ensure best security practices are in place for systems or platforms administered outside the team but within the business
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with security policy and audit controls (SOX) across platforms such as Windows, Novell, Mainframe and UNIX
* Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain professional, confidential, and secure practices around same.
* Various projects as assigned including leading new work centralization, optimizing efficiency and automating existing work, and driving down inbound volume through customer education or process improvement
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Security or related field; and
* A minimum of 5 years of related data security, business analyst, and/or security administration experience
* A minimum of 3 years of direct and recent mainframe and RACF experience as a system administrator, security administrator, or security analyst
* A minimum of 3 years direct and recent Windows AD experience as a system administrator, security administrator, or security analyst
* A minimum of 3 years of direct experience participating in or supporting compliance to security policies and audit controls (SOX/SAS/HIPAA)
* Excellent communication skills working with senior business leaders, end users, clients, and international teams
* CISSP, Security , SSCP certifications a plus
* Experience in Lotus Notes administration, Remedy issue management, Citrix administration, and Novell identity manager a plus
