Job Description:
The SAS 70 Senior Auditor will be a leader and a mentor who will be responsible for day to day interactions with the client. This includes answering client inquiries and being a liaison to the Clients IT Group.
The SAS 70 Senior Auditor position includes preparing financial statements, GAAP documentation, validation, testing and auditing various control systems. This includes coordinating, performing and evaluating SOX IT and business cycle activities.
Skills needed for the SAS 70 Audit Manager:
• SAS 70 / SSAE 16 Audit Experience
• Solid understanding and experience planning and coordinating the stages to perform an audit of a public and/or private company
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and Sarbanes Oxley along with internal control experience
• Understanding of the Control Objectives for Informationa and related Technolgy (COBIT) framework
• Experience with Audit related software and one or more ERP systems
• Capable of performing new systems development audits, experience with networking and exposure to system security packages
• Strong Project Management Skills
REQUIRED Licenses:
CISA Certification
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively pursuing completion of CPA licensing
CIA, CISSP or CFE beneficial
Minimum Requirements:
2 to 3 years of public accounting experience required
1 or more years of supervisory experience required
