Title: ROM Administrator 1
Location: Florida-FL-Vero Beach-FL-Vero Beach-Oslo
Responsible for facilitating Regional Operations Management (ROM) support of operational, compliance, and risk management for multiple centers within the areas of Retail, Commercial, PWIM and other LOBs. Provides support, coaching and training on operational policy and process. Uses various communication channels to deliver time critical, pertinent information, and shared best practices. Supports LOB management, identifying control and performance deficiencies; developing and implementing remediation plans and corrective action plans for operational weaknesses and controllable losses. Analyzes metrics, teammate behaviors and competencies that drive operational performance. Facilitates consistent application of policy, process, procedure and system changes. Facilitates the development and enhancement of operational knowledge of teammates within all LOBs. Serves as a resource for implementing enterprise initiatives and serves as a liaison to functional support areas. Partners with management to ensure units supported are operating within the standard operating model.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years in a management role in Retail Banking or 5 years banking experience. Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and service delivery skills. Training and coaching skills. Familiar with processing systems within the branch environment. General knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office, teller, platform.).High school diploma.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience as a regional operations management administrator or related work experience. Knowledge and experience in branch operations providing knowledge of related laws, regulations, and compliance practices and procedures. Possesses an overall understanding of operations (audit, compliance, fraud, loss). Ability to learn and utilize new software programs quickly and easily. College degree.
