This position is in the Reverse Mortgage product group within the Home Loans & Insurance organization. Reverse Mortgage 2011 YOY growth estimated at 5% with 2012/2013 growing at 20%. The market will grow rapidly in the coming years (the number of senior households will grow by 10 million in the next 15 years). Bank of America is a dominant provider of financial products in this space by providing tools to meet a growing range of retirement needs
- Responsible for managing large database driven analytical or tactical projects or teams. - Identifies opportunities for LOB growth as well as potential for leveraging database information within the enterprise. - Assess tactical/operational impacts for large strategy changes. Design and quantify What if analysis. - Strong understanding of the database and its sources. Specifically, understand of reverse mortgage reporting system driving both referral and production data. Will not own reporting database or functionality, but will be key user. - Work as part of an energetic, high impact team - Work closely with business partners in order to develop consistent monthly routines for Executive Business Review - Analytics and research around partnership referral participation and production, sales internal strategies for growing the business - Analytics for Internal partners including the Banking Center, Retail Distributed Mortgage, and Centralized Sales channels - Sales support evaluation, market planning, and ad hoc reporting

Works closely with external vendors. Understands and can apply BAC and regulatory information security requirements to daily activities. Experience using data mining tools. Degree in Business, Math, MIS or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to drive collaboration among individuals and groups and across lines of business. Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Math, MIS or equivalent work experience - 2 years of strong analytical experience - Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access - Proactively works to prevent and/ or resolve problems and risks. - Knows when to escalate. - Quickly and accurately responds to internal questions related to programs being managed. - Proven ability in managing multiple and changing priorities with competing deadlines. Ability to adapt to quickly changing environments and priorities. - Detail oriented and well organized with a strong desire to achieve success and impact the business - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to articulately communicate with executive management. - Professional demeanor with unquestionable business and personal integrity - Self motivated
