Retail Bank DM Campaign Management Analyst-11046920Description The Campaign Analyst is a new position. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to work with newly implemented technology to manage marketing campaigns for the Retail Bank. Responsibilities include the implementation of campaigns, daily maintenance of the campaign deployment tool (ECRM/COPs) and measuring campaign results.
Maintain campaign deployment calendar; assign campaign IDs and maintain history.
Partner with various internal partners (Program Managers, List Processing and Reward Fulfillment teams) to successfully execute campaigns (ensure the campaign is setup appropriately and deployed on time).
Provide reporting (weekly, monthly) on campaign utilization and response results
Maintain history on campaign response and fulfillment rates to inform future program strategies.
Update disposition codes on Campaign History database (primarily for Credit products with extended time from application to booking)
Complete various ad-hoc assignments related to campaign performance.

Bachelors Degree.
2-5 years related experience.
Knowledge of database structures (DB2) and SAS is a must.
Familiarization with SQL and Visual Basic

Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
