Position Type Full-Time Description The Field Operations Representative will be responsible for providing field support for all Net Velocity initiatives, reinforcing performance criteria and standards for suppliers (independents/dealer, national accounts).
* Support Net Velocity Strategy in the field by promoting program to suppliers and driving support to supplier locations.
* Leverage & maximize the PHH spend by shrinking the vendor network and negotiating best in class pricing and service.
* Provide training to suppliers, maximizing usage of Supplier Interactive.
* Spend a minimum of 50% of time in the field visiting suppliers including annual visits to all primary remote areas.
* Enforce maintenance processes and data integrity with suppliers.
* Create and present Gap Analyses for clients/prospects to identify vendor gaps and successfully recruit suppliers to fill gaps, negotiating contracts, pricing & service levels with each vendor.
* Identify new business leads and input in .
* Monitor service at shops servicing former 0-45 accounts to ensure no unrealistic increases in pricing ( no up charging).
* Provide feedback on competitive activity in market (process, technology, payment).
* Monitor National Account Partner performance and provide training on product code usage where necessary.
* Prospect/client liaison as required. Participate in all new card client implementations.
* Provide support to supplier for any warranty and post warranty claims where required.
* Develop relationship with regional manufacturer representatives.
* Maintain field visit/activity history in . Provide weekly Activity/Visit Summary and future activity / visit plans (monthly field visit/activity plan) to Manager Network Services & VP Western Region
* Maintain Action Log of outstanding tasks & provide updates in bi-weekly Networks Report at Calgary Branch meeting.
