Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. Master’s degree preferred. * Minimum of 7 years experience as a Commercial Loan Officer/Relationship Manager. * Thorough understanding and experience in analyzing financial data including financial statements, personal and corporate tax returns, proforma’s, accounting standards/concepts. * Ability to analyze and understand business plans, market data, industry trends. * Thorough understanding of C&I and CREM loan structuring criteria. * Exceptional sales, interpersonal and negotiating skills. * Proven track record of sales success in selling credit and non-credit related products. * Proficient PC skills. Must adhere to pertinent laws, regulations, First Niagara’s Compliance Policy and external compliance requirements. Job Description: * Meet or exceed all established goals and objectives. * Demonstrate exceptional initiative within the sales process. * Interact professionally with all internal service providers and product specialists in providing exemplary customer service. * Sound judgment and decision making skills. Ability to assist other team members as appropriate. * Build alliances and partnerships with product specialists and across lines of business to “sell deeper into relationships” and to exceed cross sale objectives. * Excellent knowledge of the bank’s products and services. * Demonstrate exceptional client retention/interaction attributes Strong organizational skills and flexibility. * Ability to manage multiple high priorities and deadlines.
