Must be able to use a computer with all its components for prolonged periods of time and for the majority of required tasks

Prior experience preparing credit approvals for new and existing relationships; serve as a credit resource

Shall be actively involved in developing new credit and non-credit relationships for the Bank through external new business development

Shall be the primary driver of the Bank’s client retention strategies including maintaining/providing exemplary service quality

Shall effectively cross sell deeper into existing relationships and across lines of business
*
Shall work well within a team structure to monitor portfolio performance to include adherence to loan covenants, collection of accounts, timely receipt of financial information, annual reviews, appropriate risk rating Job Success Factors:
