We are looking for talented business professionals to join our Bay Area practice in a regulatory compliance role within the Financial Services industry. We have recently seen a growth in demand for individuals with this experience. Our recent project opportunities have included operational audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews, regulatory compliance audits, and loan reviews across a variety of areas within the bank, including credit, deposit, finance, and technology. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.
Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge.
Professional Qualifications:
A masters or undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance or a similar field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in banking and/or financial services, with at least 5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, and/or loan review.
Knowledge of federal bank regulatory requirements and consumer protection laws, including experience in mortgage lending, the US Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), OFAC, BASEL II/III, and Dodd-Frank.
CFE, CIA, CISA, CRCM, and CAMS certifications or previous bank examiner experience preferred.
Strong client relationship and project management skills.
