Regional Travel Operations Manager AutoReqId 130844BR Responsibilities 1. Leads the Pan-European service delivery proposition for Morgan Stanley clients serviced on local & consolidated basis. Provides regular and detailed communication on progress against performance targets including customer service level agreements. Meets cost and quality goals and is responsible for operating expense of Morgan Stanley across Europe. Assumes responsibility for service consistency across the group and for continuous improvement driving the change agenda from strategy to actions. Is the operational lead for Morgan Stanley delivering on defined service delivery strategy working with operational teams across markets. Leads operational communication e.g. escalation to senior management and client management groups.
2. Leads key projects for Morgan Stanley and American Express, including, in conjunction with the relevant departments, the current European migration plan (migrating further European markets into the UK service team)
3. Provide liaison between Morgan Stanley Travel Management and Amex local Service Delivery teams in EMEA responsible for Morgan Stanley.
4. Accountable and responsible for the overall service delivery in EMEA and building relationships with senior management within Morgan Stanley
5. Ensure understanding and compliance with the Morgan Stanley Travel policy and operational procedures in all markets.
6. Provide regular communication to Morgan Stanley Travel Management and Amex local Service Delivery teams keeping them appraised of travel advisories, new developments and initiatives.
7. Liaise with Service Delivery teams to understand obstructions with any processes causing challenges to Operations and engage Morgan Stanley Travel Management and Amex Service delivery team to drive process changes. 8. Consolidate service related issues across markets and link with local Service Delivery Teams to close open issues. 9. Deliver agreed reporting to Morgan Stanley Travel Management on key operational metrics. 10. Delivery of monthly P & L to Morgan Stanley on the agreed format in alignment with Finance Lead and Global Director for Morgan Stanley 11. Liaise with Quality Teams to understand root cause of Operational Service Delivery issues and link with Training/Market Service Delivery Teams to introduce systematized improvement. 12. Conduct regular meeting/conference call with Amex Local Service Delivery team and Global Service Delivery team 13. Conduct regular review meeting with Morgan Stanley Travel Management and user travel seminars 14. Travel to EMEA markets servicing Morgan Stanley will be required. 15. Accountable and responsible for the execution of agreed projects/initiatives 16.
