Job Description Partner with Account Executives (AE) to contribute to their quota goals:

. Partner with Sales Managers to obtain sales achievement goals

. Contribute innovative ideas to improve job functionality

. Accurately work MAMA Queues within the appropriate SLA

. Accurately review paperwork/contracts to ensure legal requirements are met as well as spot potential training issues for keying errors

. Assist AEs with product choices

. Ensure AEs have all sales materials (i.e. MPAs, Sales Slicks, Forms, etc) need to perform their job on a daily basis

. Must be proficient in the boarding tools (AMA, MAMA, Clientline, MSA, CMS, Merchant Manager, etc)

. Be pro-active in problem solving and resolution

. Treat everyone with dignity and respect and work with a positive "can do" attitude
