Project Manager - Trade & Trust Services
Our client, a prestigious organization, seeks a Project Manager of Trade and Trust Services! This person will be leading a project responsible for converting a block of retirement plans and should have heavy PM skills with a thorough understanding of mutual fund ies include:* Communicates effectively across business units to identify needs and evaluate appropriate solutions when designing and documenting trade related workflows * Assist with process improvement initiatives including data analysis and testing support * Responsible for the creation of project charters, project plans, and design specifications on assigned projects * Drives projects to completion by identifying, tracking and resolving issues * Responsible for the coordination and reconciliation of transferring assets for block conversions * Provide project reporting to clients and management * Monitors project status to ensure established procedures are followed and project remains on schedule within prescribed budget * Leads project meetings, working sessions and steering committee meetings * Technically advanced data analysis skill including the ability to analyze large amounts of data; proficient in importing, exporting, look up, and reporting in Microsoft access and excelQualifications:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required* 5+ years experience in financial service industry organization* Experience as a Project Manager proficient in project planning, reporting, risk identification and tracking, resource planning, implementation, closure of projects * Thorough understanding of the NSCC platform, processing flow and terminology * Experience with Mutual Fund related website interfaces such as PC Web, DST Vision, Advisor Central * Experience with Mutual Fund accrual and periodic dividend processing * Experience in establishing mutual fund accounts and transferring assets via the NSCC or directly with Fund Company (familiar with B50 and B52 protocol) * Experience with settlement and/or Mutual Fund money flow Company offers top of the line benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more!
