Major Job Duties Include: *Program manager for Passive Safety & Driver Assistance business. *Act as primary customer interface for program management and sales related issues. *Lead internal cross-functional teams and work with customer engineering, purchasing and manufacturing groups. *Responsible for internal/external program coordination, sample coordination, launch management and resolution of customer issues.
Minimum Job Requirements Include: *Bachelors degree in Engineering. *4+ years in automotive electronics Program Management and/or Sales. *Demonstrated organizational and team building skills.
Desired: *Previous experience in a customer related role *Familiarity with program management techniques and commercial negotiations. *Strong oral and written communication skills. *Foreign language and cultural skills; German, Japanese and/or Spanish. *Know-how of Bosch PJM processes, tools and procedures. *Willingness to travel internationally; Germany, Japan and/or Mexico.
