Title: Project Manager, Personal and Commercial Sector Location: ON-Central GTA-Toronto This position report to the Senior Manager.
Main challenges
* Act as an advisor to senior management and influence stakeholders across the CWA (Central Western and Atlantic) region and head office, demonstrating a high level of expertise in solving complex problems * Define or help define strategic orientations for your group, and ensure they are consistent with those of the Bank by providing a high level of expertise in your field * Direct project development, review practices and policies, and ensure that they are aligned with those of the Bank from a continuous improvement perspective in order to assure their profitability * Demonstrate strong business acumen in order to define or help define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals * Manage various large-scale projects with long-term repercussions on Personal and Commercial Banking, CWA * Ensure that priorities, steps, budgets and schedules, as well as the roles and responsibilities of parties concerned, are set and respected * Monitor and control budgets and schedules, identify variances and take the steps required to eliminate them * Analyze problem situations and assist in solving complex problems by ensuring the implementation of permanent corrective measures
* Completed Bachelor's degree related to the industry, and ten years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree related to the industry and eight years of relevant experience * PMP certification is preferred * Experience in managing large-scale projects * Experience in banking is desirable * Strong ability to influence leadership * Good stress management * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Microsoft Project is desirable. * Fluent in English (spoken/written).
