Project Manager - Business Solutions Brand Operations
The Project Manager-Business Solutions will manage & execute medium-sized strategic projects within Brand Operations. In this role, you will identify, develop, implement, document, and continuously improve processes and standards within Brand Operations and its cross-functional partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead implementation of key projects enabling successful delivery of project milestones.
Define/map, measure, analyze, improve and control business processes. Support process management capabilities of business users by coaching according to individual needs. Enable acceptance through appropriate change management skills.
Manage optimum alignment between process capability and application systems.
Support alliance of business processes to planning calendar milestones.
Work with counterparts in Brand Operations to enable a standard operating platform across brands by sharing of best practices.
Work with cross functional teams within Marketing Operations, IT and
Sourcing to enable achievement of best practices through successful program management, and achievement of end-to-end information and product flows.
For system-related projects, drive process for systems design sessions, application testing, data migration, and training preparation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Business related degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years experience in project management with an emphasis on value stream management
Preferably prior experience with PLM or comparable product lifecycle management systems
Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills across different levels within a global organization
Analytical mindset, innovative thinker, and a collaborator
Strong project management skills from initiation to closure (scoping, structuring, work planning, status reporting tools, mgmt. updates)
Ability to mediate and bring cross-functional stakeholders with different objectives to agree on a consensus
Advanced knowledge of business process management methodologies and principles
Understanding of the product creation processes (Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories & Gear) and Product Lifecycle Management Systems (RMS, PDM, FlexPLM)
Understanding of structured problem solving methodologies
Excellent English language proficiency; multi-lingual abilities in local languages preferred.
