Project Manager/ Business Analysts
In these roles, you will oversee/ lead or contribute in depth to business projects with high impact for the business area Investment Products and Services.
Our project mandate is primarily regulatory related in the area of the WM&SBcross-border programwhere we manage multiple cross-border stakeholders along the complete lifecycle and across WM&SB international locations.
Moreover, the possibility exists in time to move into further IPS project clusters with a direct impact on best practice leverage and policy alignment with a direct impact on the business.
Main tasks include: . Support the framework for 'Cross-border IPS international location coordination' with IPS Sectors, locations, the IPS Cross-border Program and other key stakeholders as appropriate. . Act as Single Point of Entry for international locations to provide guidance and clarification regarding Cross-border topics/ requests with IPS relevance and coordinate with IPS Business Sectors Coordinators / Subject Matter Experts for resolution, as appropriate including the specialized fields of e-Banking or research. . Provide regular updates on Cross-border Program and Cross-border IPS Stream activities to the international locations. . Track and report progress of local level IPS Cross-border implementation activities to the required standard and timeframes. . Provide guidance to, and track progress of, local Supplementary Instructions (SI)/ Product Alignment Rules (PAR) processes comprising consultation, impact assessment and implementation planning by sharing best practices across locations or regions. . Reconcile related international issues with the IPS Cross-border Program, SI/ PAR Program and IPS Sectors as required. . Provide guidance on local Control framework/ processes related to Product Shelf Controls by sharing best practices and knowledge. Requirements As suitable candidates you are proactive team players who -as inspired professionals- develop a vision for your projects and drive them towards the agreed goals. As successful candidates you will leverage experience as aproject manager/ business analyst, combining functional expertise in financial products and serviceswith well developed soft skills.
You should have some of the following attributes: . University Degree qualification is preferred . A minimum of4 years experience in project management/ business analystrelated work in thebanking or financial services industry . Proven conceptual know-how and knowledge ofbanking / investment products and servicespreferably in a wealth management context . Ideally prior experience involvinginternational location or cross-functional/ cross disciplinary coordination .Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Tax experienceis preferred . e-Banking/ e-Service channel or research related experience is preferred . Business process knowledge is advantageous . Accounting or financials related experience is advantageous . Instrument valuation or related policy experience is advantageous .Fluency in Englishboth oral and written and in addition German preferred . Excellent communication skills . Strong conceptual, analytical and judgement skills . Strong organizational skills, capability to multi-task and prioritize . Quality, time and delivery oriented .
