Summary
This position will be responsible for providing support to key roles in Corporate Compliance Department to include Project Set Up and Budget/Cost Analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
* Help prepare and review various reports related to the Incurred Cost Submissions, Provisional Billing Rates, Internal Control Questionnaires, and other Government required submissions using information obtained from Chenega's accounting system and other sources
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of contract related files and government compliance related files (audit support files).
* Assist with related special projects
* Assists with setting up contracts in Costpoint to include setting up of contracts to detail level specified in contract, assignment of project numbers, establishing billing formats per contract requirements, and establishing workforce at various project levels
* Review and enter contract modifications into system
* Assist with budget procedures across the family of companies including monitoring of variances and reporting of such to management.
* Provide support to Director of Business Services in dealings with external auditors, including governmental and financial.
* Possesses a strong attention to detail and is able to multi-task effectively.
* Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Education and/or Experience
Associates Degree or 2 yrs in Government Contracts and/or Accounting related fields or equivalent experience and education combined.

Computer Skills
Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software. Specifically, intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel. Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred
