Deloitte Services LP includes internal support areas such as Marketing and Communications, Human Resources/Talent, Information Technology, Facilities Management, and Financial Support Services.
Primary Duties: - Support, Configure, & Analyze IT's delivery of products & solutions for functional & firm financial analytics, financial planning/forecasting, & related systems. - Analyze, configure, and maintain end-user MS Excel templates with VBA &/or VSTO. - Analyze & Coordinate data sourcing, data loads, and data reconciliation for firm financial data between assigned Essbase systems and other firm systems including SAP-FI, SAP-HR, SAP-BW, DPS, etc. - Utilize various technical tools to support planning/analytical processes at the client layer, such as VBA, VSTO, complex Excel, MS Access, ASP, , SQL, SQL server interfaces, etc. - Identify configuration requirements, end-user security requirements, and execute ongoing maintenance of 3rd party multi-dimensional OLAP/ROLAP applications at the database layer for both end-user interface software and database software, particularly with SQL, SAP BI - IP, Oracle's Hyperion Essbase & arcPlan dynaSight - Prepare design, configuration & ETL process documentation, both individually and as part of larger groups, for software implementation - Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers to interpret and convert business requirements into technical system requirements, for budgeting applications and analytical financial and operational applications. - Analyze, document, configure, and maintain 3rd party web-based financial end-user interface software - Provide detailed documentation of business requirements, system requirements, system processes & system maintenance (run-books) for assigned components/databases. - Assist Sr. Product Owner to guide product/project initiation, planning, execution, quality assurance, and closure - Fulfill certain roles as assigned by management, such as overall testing coordination & documentation, special group planning entry & review coordination, overall help-desk ticket coordination, etc. - Work in a team environment, Provide end user support, Liaison between technical & non-technical role players. Primary Qualifications: - 3 years experience in an application development environment - Advanced Excel experience - VBA for Excel or advanced Excel macro experience - Oracle's Hyperion Essbase at the user level - Technical writing and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle's Hyperion Essbase at the database level - Financial systems experience - Technical experience with SQL, SQL Server, MDDB / OLAP / ROLAP, VBA, .ASP, IIS, Oracle, SAP or Oracle's Hyperion Essbase - ETL processes Education: - Bachelor's degree required in a computer technology field. - Masters' degree in Business or Computer Science a plus. Travel Requirements: - Less than 10%
