Payroll and A / P Administrator
This role will report to the Payroll Manager and will have the following responsibilities: * Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees through ADP* Review and process data for time and attendance* Process reports for payroll and ensure accuracy* Assist the A/P Department with weekly processing of designated A/P invoices* Inputting invoices in accounts payable sub ledger* Work closely with HR and assist in handling various employee inquiriesThe successful applicant will possess the following requirements: * 3+ years of payroll processing experience using ADP * Previous high volume A/P processing experience* Strong communication skills.
