Posted Position Title Payroll Administrator Career Level Experienced Function Finance Function Segment Payroll and Benefits Delivery Location Sweden City Uppsala Postal Code 75184 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose We have an opening for a strong Payroll administrator to join the Payroll team within our Employee Services team in Sweden Essential Responsibilities - Working closely with within the payroll team and closely to the human resources team to ensure payroll is executed in a smooth, timely, and accurate manner.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for various legal entities in accordance with fixed deadlines; Calculating and entering all payroll related data into the payroll system Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; Preparation of social security reporting and payments Preparation of tax reporting and payments Preparation of year end reporting
- Liaise with the local authorities regarding queries
- Dealing with any queries from employees
- Preparation of statistic reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and external legislation
- Participating in payroll audits, both internal and external
- Provide management reports
- Support GBS account reconciliation on a quarterly basis - provide supported and documented explanation and analysis of ending balance of a general ledger account
- Liaise with the 3rd party payroll vendors
- Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
- Produce Quality Metrics, and ensure that service levels are adhered to Qualifications/Requirements - A minimum of two years of experience with primary responsibility for time and attendance and payroll administration and processing
- High levels of customer focus with a strong track record in meeting customer needs
