Payroll Administrator

Have a strong background in payroll and looking for an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and advance?  Large national Health Insurance Company is seeking a Payroll Administrator for their Irvine office.  This company is one of the nation’s fastest growing firms and emphases quality management and improvement programs to ensure overall customer satisfaction. The company offers a professional setting with advancement opportunities, strong benefits, and an employee oriented environment.  Responsibilities will include processing multi-state payroll for over 200+ staff members, inputting payroll information into system, processing staff W-4 changes, auditing time cards, interfacing with Managers in regards to new hires and pay increases, inputting 401K and other deductions, remaining knowledgeable on state laws, inputting address changes, and verifying wage/commission changes with Managers.  Also, this individual will need a strong understanding of taxes and workers compensation processes, trouble-shooting questions and concerns, remaining solution oriented in all situations, answering questions from staff, generating reports, and assisting Manager with several quarterly/yearly reports. 



Requirements:

Seeking an individual that is customer service oriented, has strong attention to detail, and is able to multi-task.  Must have over three years of payroll processing experience. Word and Excel are a must. Seeking individuals with a strong background in ADP and EZ Pay experience . Experience with Union and Non-Union workers would be a plus.
