This is for a qualified ADP payroll specialist. 



Description:  In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process weekly payroll for 250+ employees through ADP
  
• Review and collect data for time and attendance
  
• Process reports for payroll and HR
  
• Act as a liaison between payroll, Human Resources, and accounting
  
• Assist accounting and AP department with invoicing
  
• Post AP journal entries and assist in month end functions
  
•

  • 250ee including Union Payroll(complicated)
    
  • transmit payroll to ACCPAC general ledger

Requirements:

Requirements:  Specific Qualifications (items are required unless noted otherwise):

• 2+ years corporate payroll experience
  
• ADP and/or similar payroll systems experience
  
• Experience with AP and general ledger (Plus)
  
• Strong communication skills
